  • Should I schedule a phone consultation first?

    Yes! Your initial phone consultation is complimentary, and it will give us a chance to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about your goals, timeline, and budget.

  • What's the typical KonMari tidying process?

    We go by category - not by room.

    We decide what sparks joy (I will guide you through this!).

    We declutter first and organize later. That’s why you don’t need to buy any expensive storage solutions before we even get started! You will be surprised at what you already have on hand.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    This depends on the size of your space, how much you have, how quickly you make decisions, and how much homework you are able to do between sessions. You may only want help with something very specific, or with your entire house.

  • Do you offer virtual sessions?

    Yes! All sessions can be done either in person or virtually.

  • How long is each session?

    Each session is three hours. You will be exhausted after each session, since your whole focus will be on making decisions the entire time.

  • What do I do with my discarded items?

    I can help you find places to donate your discarded items so they can benefit someone else.

  • What areas do you cover?

    I am located in the western suburbs of Chicago; this includes South Barrington, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Streamwood, Carol Stream, West Chicago, Bartlett, St. Charles, and Geneva.

  • I'm embarrassed and I don't want random people to see pictures of my house

    The process is completely confidential. I will not share any information about you. Pictures are great to keep track of your progress, but you decide whether we take pictures and what we do with them.

    I am your ally in this process and I want you to feel 100% comfortable. This is about you.
